D'Angelo Kinard

Kareem Amerson

Experienced personal trainer that has worked with clients of all fitness levels. Kareem utilizes a diverse mix of training methods with a focus on weight loss, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility training to produce the desired health and fitness results. He has five years of personal training experience and has been handpicked for his great success and reputation built at a number of major fitness chains in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

  • Education: A.S. in Exercise Science, Currently working towards Bachelor's Of Science in Exercise Physiology
  • Certification: Certified Personal Trainer, International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA); Certified Group Exercise Instructor (MFW); Weight Management Certified (Bally's Total Fitness)
  • Experience: Over 8 years of personal training experience. 4 years of military training with the US Army. 3 years of mixed martial arts training under Master Lloyd Irvin. Orange belt in (Thai-Jitsu). Student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Rachelle Cannon

Specialist in nutrition counseling, fitness training, and health promotion/wellness. Rachelle’s no-nonsense approach to nutrition and realistic weight management techniques are the foundation of teaching clients how to eat for life and how to balance that with exercise for a lifetime. She has over three years of nutrition experience as well as five years of aerobics and weight training experience with children as young as 15 and professional adults well into their 50’s.   • Experience: Three years nutrition counseling, 7 years strength training, 6 years of military training in the U.S. Coast Guard, over 15 years dance experience (tap, jazz, ballet), and Bodybuilder for over 4 years. Professional bodybuilder 3 years.
